Once processed, your order will be handed over to our designated courier partners for delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline

Mansoor delivers products across Bangladesh through trusted third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to:

Courier workload

Remote locations

Weather conditions

National holidays and Eid seasons

Mansoor cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is with the courier.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Charges may vary depending on the product type, weight, or delivery location.

4. Courier Handling & Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an SMS/notification with tracking details (if available).

The courier service is responsible for the physical handling and delivery of your parcel.

Any delays caused by courier operations are beyond Mansoor’s control.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier agents may attempt delivery 1–2 times.
If the recipient cannot be reached, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Order Verification Before Delivery

In certain cases, our team or the courier may contact you for:

Failure to respond may delay the delivery.

7. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Product

If the delivered product is:

You must notify Mansoor within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing pictures or video as evidence.
We will assist with a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. Delivery Completion & Cancellation

Once a product has been successfully delivered to your address, order cancellation will not be accepted.

Currently, Mansoor does not offer international shipping.
